Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene/sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on wigs, bundles, lace products, or accessories.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled. 

Chargebacks

Customers must contact Nevaeh's Glam before filing any chargeback claims. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery and order confirmation.
