All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or preorder items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times:

• U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days
• International Orders: 7-14 business days

Shipping delays caused by carriers, holidays, weather, or customs are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nevaeh's Glam is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
